The player journey is usually simple: join the community, reply clearly, use the live surfaces when the event is on, and come back later for the full record.

Join by invitation, be added directly if you already have an account, or request access from the group page.
2. Stay responsive
Use RSVP and live screens well
Tell organizers whether you are in, then use sessions or tournament views to find where you play and what changed.
3. Review the story later
Use history, standings, and insight
Go back to the group hub for rankings, recaps, completed summaries, and messages after the pressure is over.
Ways to Join
Players usually enter through one of three paths
- 1. A manager invites you by email if you do not already have an account.
- 2. A manager adds your existing account directly to the group.
- 3. You request to join from the group page and wait for approval.
What good player behavior looks like
- 1. Answer RSVP early enough that organizers can plan accurately.
- 2. Check the live event screen before asking where you play next.
- 3. Review chat, results, and recaps later instead of relying on memory or scattered messages.
