We’re celebrating Ladders’ first anniversary on November 11, 2026. This offer is our way of thanking the organizers who bring their pickleball communities together.
Planning ahead counts. Eligible events qualify even when created before November. Eligibility follows the event’s start date, not its creation date.

Your November event, one step at a time.
Choose your event.
Open Teams for an Event, or open Competitions and choose a supported format.
Set a November start date.
Pick a date from November 1–30, 2026, then save the event and select your organizer add-ons.
Preview your code.
In the event’s Overview, enter the campaign code and review the fee breakdown before applying it.

Enter LADDERS2026 in your event’s Overview, preview the fee breakdown and apply the code before organizer checkout. Already-paid fees require review; refunds are not automatic.
Before you invite your players.
When must my event take place?
Its calendar start date must be November 1–30, 2026. For multi-day events, the start date determines eligibility. The offer is for eligible pickleball Teams events and Competitions; Teams leagues are excluded.
Can I create my event in October?
Yes. Eligible events can be created before November. The event’s start date controls eligibility. The approved claim window is October 15–November 30, 2026, inclusive.
Which fees are waived?
The waiver covers Ladders base organizer fees and all organizer add-ons. Player entry fees, payment-processing fees and Ladders commissions remain separate and payable where applicable.
Does an existing event qualify?
An existing unpaid event can qualify when its start date and event type are eligible. Apply the campaign code through its Overview. Creating an event alone does not apply the waiver.
What if I reschedule?
If you reschedule outside November before the event starts, the campaign waiver is revoked. Use “Change event date and review fee” to review the fee consequence before confirming. Started-event date corrections require support review.
What if I already paid?
Fees already paid enter a credit-review process. Approval and credit issuance are separate; credits and refunds are not automatic.
November 2026 / Offer terms
The details, in plain language.
- Eligible events: pickleball Teams in Event mode and Competitions with a calendar start date of November 1–30, 2026. Teams leagues are excluded. Multi-day events starting in November qualify.
- Creation date: events created before November can qualify. Eligibility is based on when the event takes place.
- Claim window: October 15–November 30, 2026, inclusive. Event eligibility and claim availability use calendar dates.
- Waiver: Ladders base organizer fees and all organizer add-ons. Player entry fees, payment-processing fees and Ladders commissions remain separate.
- Applying the code: the event owner saves the event date and selects add-ons, enters the saved code in Overview, then previews and applies the waiver. Codes do not stack. No campaign event cap applies.
- Date changes: moving the start date outside November before the event starts revokes the campaign waiver. Started-event corrections require support review.
- Existing grants: valid grants survive claim expiry or code disablement, including when an eligible event completes in December.
- Already-paid fees: require credit review. Approval and issuance are separate; no automatic credit or refund is promised.
