Ladders โ€” How to Run a Mini Tournament ๐ŸŽพ

Run games in 2 different modes; Sessions & Mini Tournaments!

Mini Tournaments

Mini Tournament Mode

From pool play to podium glory in one seamless event.

Precision Setup

Group managers can launch a Mini Tournament for exactly 8 or 16 players. The app removes the administrative headache by automatically seeding participants into balanced pools to begin the competition.

  • Support for 8 or 16 player rosters.
  • MXD Toggle: Perfectly balance gender counts for mixed doubles events.
  • Automated Pool Seeding (e.g., Pool A & Pool B).

The Road to the Finals

Tournaments are structured in two high-intensity stages to determine the ultimate champions:

1

Pool Play: Players rotate through a Round Robin within their pools to establish standings.

2

Knockout Stage: Top qualifiers advance to the Semifinals and a winner-takes-all Final.

Live Bracket Management

Keep the tournament moving with Real-Time Player Access. Participants can track the entire bracket, view their specific court assignments, and enter match scores directly from their own devices. Managers maintain full control to edit matchups or adjust court settings as the tournament heats up.

The Champion's Summary

Once the final point is scored, every member of the group gains access to a comprehensive summary featuring knockout results, final standings, and AI-driven performance narratives.
