Help: Manage a Pickleball or Padel Group

1. Create a Group

Click on the **"Add Player" button or icon** to go to the add player form.
Search for existing players using a combination of first name, last name, and/or email.
If matching results are found, add the player you want.
You can also add a new player by entering their first name, last name, and a valid email address. This will send them an invite to register for the application and add them to the group.
**Note:** Players can also request to join your group. You can find pending requests in the group management page.

Select the **RSVP tab**.
Click the **"calendar" button** to create a new game day.
In the game day form, enter the game day date, RSVP deadline, minimum number of players needed, maximum number of courts available, and an optional note for players.
You can check the RSVP status in real time by selecting a specific game day on the RSVP screen.

On game day, run the group using any format you want (e.g., round robin, random partners, king of the court).
Click on the **"Add Match" button or icon** (in the Matches tab) to open the new match form.
Select the players for each team in the form.
Enter the game final score.
Once submitted, the system will calculate updated ratings for all participating players instantly.
All group players can check the new matches and the leaderboard updated in real time.

Each group has its own **"Message Board"** where you can post group-related messages for your players.
Currently, group managers can post up to 20 messages daily (group members can post 5).
You will also receive in-app notifications for some important group-related events.
Your players will receive similar in-app notifications too.
Players can check their overall statistics as well.
