How To Manage Your Group In Ladders

1. Create

Create the group

  • Use the add button to open group creation.
  • Set the name, description, venue, logo, and start date.
  • Save the group and confirm the hub looks right.

2. Add Players

Build the roster

  • Search by name or email for existing users.
  • Add new players by email when needed.
  • Review pending join requests from the management page.

3. Schedule

Create game days

  • Open the RSVP tab and create a new game day.
  • Set the date, RSVP deadline, minimum players, and court limits.
  • Use the RSVP screen to monitor turnout in real time.

4. Score

Run the event

  • Use the format that fits the group on game day.
  • Add matches and enter final scores.
  • Let rankings update from the recorded outcomes.
